Politique de récupération des insignes
--------------------------------------
Otakuthon 2010 approche à grands pas : moins d'une semaine! À cause 
de l'énervement, il est souvent facile d'oublier certaines choses. 
Si vous vous êtes préinscrit, n'oubliez pas d'amenez avec vous :

1. Une pièce d'identité munie d'une photo;
2. Une copie de votre fiche d'inscription.

Veuillez vous assurer que le nom figurant dans notre système 
d'inscription soit votre vrai nom. Vous ne pourrez prendre 
possession de votre insigne dans le cas contraire. S'il y a erreur 
sur le nom, veuillez communiquer immédiatement à 
registration at otakuthon.com pour le faire corriger.

Chaque participant doit récupérer son propre insigne. L'insigne sera 
seulement donné à la personne qui lui est attitrée.

L'aire d'inscription, située à la salle 220c, ouvrira le:
* jeudi le 12 août 2010 dès 17 h (pour les pré-inscrits seulement)
* vendredi le 13 août 2010 dès 12 h

Le monde du cosplay est en danger et vous devez vous battre aux 
côtés des grands saiyamans pour le sauver. Si vous aimez le cosplay 
et aimeriez agir comme votre personnage favori dans la vie réelle, 
vous êtes à la bonne place. Cet univers de fantaisie vous apportera 
sûrement ce dont vous avez besoin : plaisir, aventure et mystère. 
Joignez-vous à deux de vos amis et sauvez le festival de 
l'anéantissement éminent. Divers personnages de différents anime, 
jeux vidéo et manga testeront vos connaissances, votre force 
physique et vos habiletés stratégiques dans le cadre de quêtes 
servant à tester si vous êtes bien l'équipe qui pourra sauver le 
festival Otakuthon de l'esprit malfaisant qui est derrière la 
disparition des cosplayeurs. Si vous croyez être prêt à relever le 
défi, alors TENTEZ VOTRE CHANCE et devenez un héros! Mais prenez 
garde, il n'y a pas de reprise si vous échouez!

Badge Pickup Policy
-------------------
Otakuthon 2010 is coming up in less than a week!  With all the 
excitement, sometimes it's easy to forget things.  If you've 
pre-registered, don't forget to bring:

1. Piece of photo ID.
2. Your printed registration confirmation sheet.

Please make sure that the name in our registration system is your 
real name, as you will not be able to pick up your badge if it 
isn't.  If your name doesn't match, please contact 
registration at otakuthon.com immediately to correct it.

Each member must pick up his/her own badge in person.  Badges will 
not be distributed to anyone other than the registered individual.

Badge pickup will be opening up at registration in room 220c on:
* Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 5pm (for pre-registered only)
* Friday, August 13, 2010 at 12pm

Otakuthon Misadventures (LARP)
THE ROAD TO BE A HERO, BELIEVE IT!
----------------------------------
The cosplay world is in danger and you must fight alongside the 
great saiyamans to save it from evil. If you like cosplaying and 
would like to be acting like your favourite character in real life, 
then you will find what you are looking for in this special event. 
This universe of fantasy is surely gonna bring you what you need: 
fun, adventure and mystery. Team up with two of your friends and 
save the convention from eminent annihilation. Various characters 
from different anime, game and manga series will challenge your 
knowledge, physical strength and strategy skills in quests to test 
if you are the team that will save the Otakuthon convention from the 
evil mastermind that is behind the disappearance of cosplayers. If 
you believe you are up to the challenge, then TAKE YOUR CHANCES and 
be a hero! But beware that this might be the last thing you will 
ever do, if you fail!!!
