En raison de difficultés techniques avec les serveurs de 
notre fournisseur d'hébergement durant un changement de 
serveur, les services en ligne d'Otakuthon ont été hors 
service du vendredi 15 mai 2009 au mercredi 20 mai 2009. 
Certaines parties du système ont été rétablies petit à 
petit, et les services sont maintenant entièrement 
restaurés. Veuillez lire le sujet sur le forum pour plus 
de détails (http://forums.otakuthon.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3915).
Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient que cette panne 
a pu causer. Veuillez signaler tout autre problème à 
info at otakuthon.com.

La date limite de l'inscription hâtive est le 30 mai 2009

Si vous n'êtes pas encore préinscrit, ne manquez pas 
votre chance! Malgré la panne de serveur, il n'y aura 
pas de prolongation pour la date limite de la première 
préinscription, puisqu'il reste encore du temps pour 
s'inscrire. Nous allons accepter les paiements en 
personne au bureau d'Otaku Anime le samedi 30 mai 2009 
(comme précédemment indiqué sur la page d'inscription).

La date limite d'inscription aux Échecs Costumés est 
prolongée jusqu'au 20 juin 2009 !

Si vous vouliez vous inscrire aux Échecs Costumés mais 
que votre cosplay n'est pas tout fait prêt, vous le 
pouvez encore! En effet, la date limite d'inscription 
aux Échecs Costumés a été prolongée au 20 juin 2009 afin 
de permettre à plus de personnes de s'inscrire.

Un message s'adressant à ceux qui n'ont pas encore réservé leur 
chambre d'hôtel : il reste encore quelques chambres disponibles

Due to technical difficulties with the hosting 
provider's servers during a server move, Otakuthon's 
online services were down from Friday May 15, 2009 to 
Wednesday May 20, 2009. Parts of the system have been 
brought back online bit by bit, and services have now 
been fully restored. Visit this thread on our forums for 
details (http://forums.otakuthon.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3915).
We apologize for the inconvenience this outage have may 
caused. Please report any remaining issues to 
info at otakuthon.com.

Early registration deadline is May 30, 2009

If you haven't completed your early pre-registration 
yet, don't miss your chance! Despite the IT outage, 
there will be no extension granted for the early 
registration deadline as there is still time left to 
register. We will be accepting payments in person at the 
Otaku Anime office on Saturday May 30, 2009 (as 
previously indicated on the registration site).

Cosplay Chess registration deadline extended to June 20, 2009!
