La septième édition du Prix international du manga (MOFA)
---------------------------------------------------------
Êtes-vous un auteur de manga? Croyez-vous que votre manga peut 
tenir tête à celui de vos pairs à l'échelle internationale? Si oui, 
alors cette compétition est pour vous!

Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères du Japon (MOFA) accepte les 
soumissions de l'étranger pour sa septième édition du Prix 
international du manga. Les gagnants des prix Gold et Silver seront 
invités au Japon par la Fondation du Japon pour assister à la 
cérémonie des prix, en plus d'avoir l'occasion de rencontrer des 
créateurs de manga japonais et visiter des maisons d'édition.

Vos entrées doivent être arrivées au Comité du prix international 
du manga au Japon OU au bureau local du Consulat général du Japon 
(http://www.montreal.ca.emb-japan.go.jp/fr/index.htm) au plus tard 
le vendredi 31 mai 2013.

L'inscription à la Place des artistes sera ouverte à partir du 2 mai 2013

Nous voulons vous rappeler que le formulaire d'inscription en ligne 
à la Place des artistes sera disponible à partir du jeudi 2 mai 
2013, à 21 h exactement. Veuillez visiter la page de la Place des

Le spécial lève-tôt se termine le 16 mai 2013

La période de préinscription à 40 $ se termine le 16 mai 2013. 
Après cette date, les inscriptions seront encore acceptées, mais au 
coût de 45 $, et ce, jusqu'au 14 juillet 2013.

Nous voulons vous rappeler que nous vous offrons aussi l'option de

N.B. Afin de faire votre paiement en personne dans une boutique ou

The Seventh International MANGA Award (MOFA)
--------------------------------------------
Are you a manga author?  Confident that your manga can stand up 
against your fellow peers around the world?  If so, then this 
competition is for you!

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) is accepting 
submissions from abroad for its seventh International Manga Award.  
Gold and Silver award winners will be invited to Japan by the Japan 
Foundation to attend the awards ceremony as well as have the 
opportunity to meet Japanese manga creators and visit publishing 
companies.

Submissions must be received by the International Manga Award 
committee in Japan OR by the local office of the Consulate General 
of Japan (http://www.montreal.ca.emb-japan.go.jp/en/index_e.htm) by 
Friday, May 31, 2013.

Artists Area Application Opens May 2, 2013

Just a reminder, the Artists' Area online application will be 
opening on Thursday May 2, 2013 at exactly 9:00pm.  Visit the

information.

Early registration deadline is May 16, 2013

Early pre-registration at 40$ ends May 16, 2013. After this date, 
pre-registration will be still accepted, but only at the 45$ rate 
until July 14, 2013.

Just a reminder, we also offer the option to pay in store at select 
locations in addition to paying at the Otakuthon office.  For a
