La date limite s'approche à grand pas. La pré-inscription se termine le 
lundi 16 Juin 2008 et elle emporte votre dernière chance de posséder un 
T-shirt et de payer 35$ pour une inscription de groupe. Contrairement aux 
travaux d'école et au travail, vous avez jusqu'à la dernière minute pour 
modifier votre inscription ou pour vous pré-inscrire si vous ne l'avez pas 
encore fait. Ne rater pas cette occasion.

La date limite pour le concours de danse Lucky Star approche

Un rappel pour tous les danseurs : la date limite pour soumettre votre 
vidéo pour le concours de danse Lucky Star est le vendredi 27 Juin 2008.

La date limite pour le concours d'AMV approche
----------------------------------------------
Le dernier rappel d'aujourd'hui concerne le concours d'AMV. La date limite 
pour les soumissions de vos vidéos est le dimanche 6 Juillet 2008.

Spectacle de feux d'artifices à regarder sur la terrasse du 7e étage le 
samedi

Vous vous sentez peut-être comme un mangaka à l'approche de sa 
remise des planches avec ce flots d'échéance à retenir. Mais, n'ayez 
crainte, car Otakuthon à autre chose pour vous que des dates limites. En 
effet, pour votre propre plaisir, et si la condition météorologique le 
permet, vous pourrez assister aux feux d'artifices sur la terrasse du 7e 
étage le samedi 26 Juillet 2008.

Recherché : panelistes et hôtes d'atelier!

Hé oui! Cette période de l'année est de retour. À nouveau, Otakuthon est à 
la recherche de panelistes et d'hôtes pour les ateliers. Si vous êtes à la 
recherche d'une idée de panel ou d'atelier à animer et que vous ne savez 
pas par où commencez ou si vous avez des questions, voici une bonne place

N'oubliez pas que les panelistes et les hôtes d'atelier verront leur prix 
d'entrée en partie remboursé.

Recherché : volontaires!

Chaque année, Otakuthon a un besoin criant de volontaires. La présence de 
ceux-ci n'est plus qu'assez afin que le festival puisse fonctionner comme 
sur des roulettes. Alors, si vous avez un peu de temps entre deux 
évènements ou deux panels, votre aide sera grandement appréciée. Pour vos 
efforts, une partie de votre prix d'entrée sera remboursé.

Last Day to Pre-Register: June 16, 2008

The deadline is drawing near and with the end of the pre-registration on 
Monday, June 16th, 2008, your last chance to secure a T-shirt and get a 
group rate at 35$ will also disappear. But unlike school work or any kind 
of work, you can still modify your registration or pre-register at the 
last minute if you haven't done so yet. Of course, do be careful not to 
miss the deadline...

Deadline for Lucky Star contest coming up

A reminder for all the dancers out there, the deadline for all the 
submissions for the Lucky Star dance contest is on Friday, June 27, 2008.

Deadline for AMV contest coming up

The last deadline reminder for today will be for the AMV contest. The 
deadline for all submissions will be on Sunday, July 6th, 2008.

Fireworks viewing on the 7th floor terrace on Saturday
------------------------------------------------------
With all the deadlines coming up, you might have felt like a mangaka near 
his deadline. But never fear, we have a nice surprise in store for you. 
For your viewing pleasure (and weather permitting, of course), the 7th 
floor terrace will be opened for watching the fireworks over La Ronde on 
Saturday, July 26th, 2008 at 10:00pm.

Wanted: Panelists And Workshop Hosts!

It's not this time of the month, but it's this of the year where Otakuthon 
is in search for panelists and workshop hosts. Looking to host a panel or 
a workshop but not sure what to do or where to go? Here's a good place to

Don't forget, panelists and workshop hosts get partial reimbursement on 
their membership.

Wanted: Volunteers!

Every year, Otakuthon is in need of volunteers. There will never be enough 
volunteers since a good convention can't run smoothly without the help of 
volunteers. So, if you have a little bit time to spare between two panels 
or two events you want to give a hand, the help will be greatly 
appreciated. For your efforts, you will get part of your membership 
reimbursed.
