<u><b>Un gros merci de la part du personnel d’Otakuthon 2009!</b></u><br />
Le personnel d’Otakuthon 2009 vous remercie d’avoir fait du festival un grand succès ! Nous avons
eu 5 500 participants au cours la fin de semaine : ce la représente une augmentation considérable par
rapport à l’an dernier.<br />

Afin de nous aider à faire d’Otakuthon 2010 un plus gros succès que cette année, nous
aimerions avoir votre avis :

<u><b>Fête d’Halloween d’Otakuthon : Le vendredi 30 octobre 2009 à 19h30</b></u><br />
Un petit rappel à tous : Otakuthon tiendra sa fête d’Halloween <B>le vendredi 30 octobre, de 19 h
30 à minuit</b>. L’événement se tiendra dans <b>la salle de bal du Holiday Inn Select
Centre-ville</b> ! Plus de détails à venir.<br />

<u><b>Tirage de billets pour Evangelion 1.0: You Are (Not) Alone!</b></u><br />
(N.B. : Ce film sera présenté en anglais seulement)<br />

Eleven Arts Inc. et FUNimation Entertainment en collaboration avec Cineplex Entertainment et Empire Theatres vous
présente "EVANGELION: 1.0 YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE" sur le grand écran au Canada! Le premier film d'une
série de quatre qui réinvente cet anime classique, "EVANGELION: 1.0 YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE" sera
présenté <b>le mercredi 30 septembre 2009 à 19 h</b> et le <b>samedi 3 octobre 2009 à
10 h</b> dans <a
href="http://www.cineplex.com/Movies/MovieDetails/8A69AC1E/Evangelion_1_0_Presented_in_High_Definition.aspx">les
cinémas Cineplex participants</a>.<br />

Otakuthon distribuera des billets gratuits pour ce film. Ces billets sont valides dans tous les Cineplex lors des deux
présentations du film. Si vous êtes intéressés, envoyez un courriel dont le titre est
« Concours Evangelion 1.0 » à l’adresse <a
href="mailto:evamovie@otakuthon.com">evamovie@otakuthon.com</a>. Toutes les entrées doivent être
reçues <b>au plus tard le samedi 26 septembre 2009 à 23 h 59</b>.<br />

Les gagnants du tirage seront choisis dimanche le 27 septembre 2009 et seront contactés par courriel. <b>Les
gagnants devront envoyer une réponse par courriel pour accepter leur prix et spécifier l'heure à
laquelle ils viendront chercher leur prix et ce, avant le lundi 28 septembre 2009 à 23h59 ou alors un autre
gagnant sera choisi</b>. Les gagnants devront venir chercher leur prix au bureau d’Otaku Anime (2020 rue MacKay
salle P106) le lundi 28 septembre 2009 ou le mardi 29 septembre 2009.<br />

Thank you for attending Otakuthon 2009 and making it a great success! We had 5500 attendees throughout the whole
weekend, which was a huge increase from last year!<br />

Just a little reminder to everyone, Otakuthon will be holding a Halloween Party on <B>Friday, October 30th 2009
between 7:30pm and midnight</b> at the <B>Holiday Inn Select Centre-Ville Ballroom</b>! More details coming soon.<br />

<U><b>Evangelion 1.0: You Are (Not) Alone tickets up for draw!</b></U><br />
Eleven Arts Inc. and FUNimation Entertainment in conjunction with Cineplex Entertainment and Empire Theatres are
bringing "EVANGELION: 1.0 YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE" to the big screen across Canada! The first film in a four part
re-imagining of one of the great classics of anime, EVANGELION: 1.0 YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE will be shown on <B>Wednesday
September 30, 2009 @ 7 pm</b> and <b>Saturday, October 3, 2009 @ 10 am</b> at <a
href="http://www.cineplex.com/Movies/MovieDetails/8A69AC1E/Evangelion_1_0_Presented_in_High_Definition.aspx">select
Cineplex Entertainment locations</a>.<br />

Otakuthon will be giving away free passes for the upcoming film, good for either of the Cineplex screenings. If you're
interested, send an email to <a href="mailto:evamovie@otakuthon.com">evamovie@otakuthon.com</a> with the subject
"Evangelion 1.0 Contest". Entries will be accepted <b>until 11:59pm on Saturday September 26, 2009</b>.<br />

Winners of the drawing will chosen on Sunday September 27, 2009 and will be notified by email. <b>Winners must reply
to this email to accept their prize and choose a pickup time before 11:59pm on Monday September 28, 2009 or another
winner will be chosen.</b> Winners must be able to pick up their tickets at the Otaku Anime office (2020 MacKay
Street room P106) on either Monday September 28, 2009 or Tuesday September 29, 2009.<br />
