<strong>Politique de récupération des insignes</strong><br>
Otakuthon 2009 approche à grands pas : moins d'une semaine! À cause de l'énervement, il est souvent facile d'oublier certaines choses. Si vous vous êtes préinscrit, n'oubliez pas d'amenez avec vous :<br>
<br>
1. Une pièce d'identité munie d'une photo;<br>
2. Une copie de votre fiche d'inscription.<br>
<br>
Veuillez vous assurer que le nom figurant dans notre système d'inscription soit votre vrai nom. Vous ne pourrez prendre possession de votre insigne dans le cas contraire. S'il y a erreur sur le nom, veuillez communiquer immédiatement à <a href="mailto:registration@otakuthon.com">registration@otakuthon.com</a> pour le faire corriger.<br>
<br>
<u>Chaque participant doit récupérer son propre insigne. L'insigne sera seulement donné à la personne qui lui est attitrée.</u><br>
<br>
L'aire d'inscription, situé au <b>Hall Viger</b>, ouvrira le <b>vendredi 31 juillet 2009 dès 15 h</b>.<br>

<strong>Badge Pickup Policy</strong><br>
<br>
Otakuthon 2009 is coming up in less than a week! With all the excitement, sometimes it's easy to forget things. If you've pre-registered, don't forget to bring:<br>
<br>
1. Piece of photo ID.<br>
2. Your printed registration confirmation sheet.<br>
<br>
Please make sure that the name in our registration system is your real name, as you will not be able to pick up your badge if it isn't. If your name doesn't match, please contact <a href="mailto:registration@otakuthon.com">registration@otakuthon.com</a> immediately to correct it.<br>
<br>
<u>Each member must pick up his/her own badge in person. Badges will not be distributed to anyone other than the registered individual.</u><br />
<br />
Badge pickup will be opening up at registration in <b>Viger Hall</b> on <b>Friday July 31, 2009 at 3:00pm</b>.<br>
